Professional organizing involves decluttering and streamlining spaces to enhance functionality and aesthetics. Benefits include improved efficiency, reduced stress, and a more organized and harmonious living or working environment.
2. What is your process?
After deciding which space to organize, I will start sorting things by category, putting them in areas that enhance their functionality. If you choose to work side by side, I will be actively asking you about which items to keep vs donate, sell, or recycle, while getting your imput to help determine where their “home” will be and why. I will provide guidance and expertise as well as some “life hacks” to help you stay organized moving forward. I will not force you to get rid of things but I will ask you questions to help you decide if you really want to keep them. I will turn on some tunes (your choice!) and keep us on task to make sure your vision is coming to life.
If you cannot be present, we will have a conversation about your expectations ahead of time. I can always keep everything you have, while sorting through each item and picking out their “home”. I can also determine what stays and what goes but I would need you to check in with me before the session is over to ensure you are comfortable with my decisions.
3. How does the pricing work for your services?
My rate is $80/hr with a 3 hour minimum. More information can be found under the “Rates & Services” tab.
4. What if I'm facing financial constraints?
I offer a sliding scale rate to remain accessible to individuals with a variety of financial circumstances. I understand that circumstances vary, and we've all been in challenging situations at some point. If affordability is a concern, don't hesitate to reach out and we can have a conversation about how I can assist you.
5. What areas do you provide organizing services for?
I specialize in organizing homes, garages, offices, and classrooms along with assisting with downsizing and aiding in the moving process. If you have a specific space or project in mind, feel free to reach out for a free consultation.
6. How long does an organizing session typically last?
Sessions typically last around four to five hours, but the duration can vary based on the size and complexity of the project. Efficiency is a priority, and my goal is to maximize results within the scheduled time.
7. Do you offer virtual organizing services?
Yes, virtual organizing is also an option.
8. What's included in the follow-up email after a session?
The follow-up email includes tips for maintaining the organized space, and any additional resources that may be beneficial for your specific needs. I offer an optional Product Recommendation document after the session is complete. I offer products I think would be beneficial to optimize your space. This includes pictures, prices, links and correct sizes based on measurements taken during the organizing session. This is priced at the same hourly rate.
9. What types of payment do you accept?
I accept cash, Venmo, and Zelle, credit cards and debit cards.
10. Can you work with clients who have specific needs or preferences?
Absolutely! I tailor my services to meet your unique needs and preferences. Whether you have specific design preferences, accessibility requirements, or other considerations, we can discuss and customize the approach accordingly.

Yes, I offer flexible scheduling, including weekends and evenings, so that the organizing process is convenient for you.
13. How much advance notice do you need for scheduling a session?
Scheduling depends on availability, but I aim to schedule out by one to two weeks.
14. What is your cancellation policy?
I understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me at least 48 hours in advance.
15. Are your organizing methods sustainable and environmentally friendly?
Yes, I prioritize responsible disposal and encourage sustainable practices. I aim to donate, recycle, or responsibly dispose of items whenever possible to minimize environmental impact.
16. Are you vaccinated against Covid-19?
Yes, I am vaccinated and boosted. I will have masks with me to use at your request.
17. Do you work with clients outside of the greater Seattle area?
While my primary service area is in and around Seattle, I am open to discussing projects outside this area. I reside in South King County and charge a $20 an hour fee for travel.
18. Can you assist with home staging for real estate purposes?
Absolutely. I offer home staging services to enhance the appeal of your home for potential buyers. This can include decluttering, organizing, and arranging furniture to showcase your property effectively.
